Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the conditions for returns, replacements, and cancellations for all orders placed through DigiGadget.in and finalized via WhatsApp.
IMPORTANT: Our policy is primarily a **REPLACEMENT-ONLY** guarantee. We offer refunds only if a suitable replacement product cannot be provided within 7 business days of initiating the claim.
1. Return & Replacement Guarantee (By Product Condition)
The return window and applicable warranty are determined by the condition of the item at the time of purchase:
New Sealed Box
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery date.
- Policy: Item must be returned unopened and with the manufacturer's seal intact. If opened, returns are not accepted unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
- Warranty: Full manufacturer warranty applies.
Open Box / New Opened Box
- Replacement Window: 7 days from delivery date.
- Policy: Replacement is offered only for hardware failure or if the item is significantly not as described (e.g., incorrect model). Returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., "I don't like the color") are **not accepted**.
- Warranty: Covered by **DigiGadget Seller Warranty** (as stated on the product page, typically 1 to 3 months).
Refurbished & Pre-Owned
- Replacement Window: 7 days from delivery date.
- Policy: Replacement is offered only if the product fails due to a covered hardware defect within the seller warranty period. Any physical damage sustained after delivery voids all warranty claims.
- Warranty: Covered by **DigiGadget Seller Warranty** (as stated on the product page, typically 1 to 6 months).
2. Warranty Exclusions (Applies to all Seller Warranties)
The DigiGadget Seller Warranty **DOES NOT COVER** the following:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or physical damage (including screen damage or cracked casing).
- Damage caused by liquid, fire, or foreign objects.
- Normal wear and tear, including battery life degradation (unless specified as new).
- Any attempt to repair or modify the product by a third party.
- Software issues, viruses, or data loss.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Payment Link Sent: Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before the final WhatsApp payment link has been shared.
- After Payment Confirmed: Cancellation requests after payment is confirmed are subject to a **2%** processing and transaction fee, deducted from the refund amount.
4. Initiating a Return or Warranty Claim
All claims must be initiated by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email within the specified replacement window. Our EV bike delivery team will schedule a time for free collection and subsequent replacement delivery within Bengaluru Urban.
